Hi Blueprint4 families! Welcome back to another great year of learning and fun for kids! We’re jumping right back into the swing of things with everything you need to know about the upcoming camp fairs in St. Louis this year.
But first, let’s talk about timelines. Did you know that many families start planning for summer break now? With the holidays barely over and chilly weather still outside, it can seem too soon to start thinking about summer already. Well, we’re here to tell you it’s not too early! Camps have limited spots available and they fill up faster than many parents realize. To make sure you are able to enroll your child in a camp that fits their interests and your budget, you’ll want to make sure to start thinking about camps and programs as early as possible.

Now that you’re ready to start planning, you might be wondering where to start. We may be biased, but the Blueprint4 search tool is an excellent resource for families just starting out to get an idea of what kind of programs are available. You can search by age, interest, budget, location and more.
Camp fairs are also an important resource for planning for summer fun. These events give families access to learn about lots of different types of camps at once. It’s a more hands-on experience than searching on the website, and you’ll have a chance to actually meet with providers and ask specific questions. The programs will have information about what camps are being held that year, and you can compare different programs and costs directly. There’s also usually fun activities for your kiddos to do while you’re at the event!
